- It is our policy to present the true cost of our holidays inclusive of all airport and government charges. Please accept however that these charges are not within our control, therefore we reserve the right to pass on any increase.
- Payment & ticketing deadline - no more than 14 days after reservation confirmation
- Please note that any Airline generated ticketing time limit which is earlier will over-ride this.

- Valid for travel commenced and completed within the period 23-May-2013 to 31-Oct-2013 (unless otherwise specified)
- Min Stay: 4 nights Max Stay: 12 months
- Prices are ex Auckland or Wellington. For departures ex Christchurch please subtract $10 per adult.
- Travel is based on Economy class airfares on Qantas Airways/British Airways (S class) from AKL, WLG or CHC to LON via SYD(no stop). If 'S' class is unavailable, book 'M' class at an additional cost.
- Add-ons permitted within New Zealand.
- Two free stopovers permitted plus one additional at $150 in accordance with route map.
- No stopover permitted at HKG when travel includes HKG-LON on QF codeshare flight operated by BA.
- Waitlists not permitted.
